This is video taken of the Arch St apartment fire occurring August 2010. The fire started from a child playing with a lighter. The child lit a clothes basket on fire which quickly spread out the first floor window and into the roof soffet. Fire then traveled accross the attic area, which was hiding an old flat tar roof that had been built over with the new pitched roof. Click Here to Watch Video
